"Oh, go on and write somebody else your love letter..."

Final exams and papers and three weeks and then I'm HOME!

A taste of my April for you, and my nose goes back in the books. What does your April taste like?

I love the desk picture!!! :) hee

my April tastes like calm (sweet tea), anxiety (metal), happiness (cotton candy), adventure (peanut-ty), and love (cheddar cheese)

pinkapplecore - MMM makes me think of that peanut butter milkshake!

i love them all, but that one of the pearls on your collar bone is absolutely lovely. i love collar bones... that may sound weird, but i really do.
speaking of anatomy, my april looks instead of tastes, i think, of shoulders and backbones and that lovely line that stretches from behind your ear and down your neck into your shoulder. i really love the human body. is that strange?
it also looks like dogwood trees, and red rose tea, and biking in the evening that is light now instead of winter dark, and a stack of wedding invitations and secret bachelorette plans and bikinis (not for me of course). there are, however, some blue eyes with exceptionally large pupils that belong to a certain someone, and i see a lot of them this april.

ok, that was much too long... but your lovely pictures inspired me.

just to clarify, all that anatomy does not belong to anyone i know, but instead to a lot of random models in the art department.

@Everytimeitrains - I love collar bones too. :)

The flowers and the pearls seem inverse of each other. I like :)

And now, thinking about what my April tastes like, I am going to go write a poem. Thank you <3

Milli - Thank you! :D And thank you for following!

geekspawn - Ha, ha. I know, right.

odessa - Thank you! The little doll was a birthday gift. Sans message - I forgot about those ridiculously winning ones we saw last year...!

Every time it rains - Nope, not strange. Would you feel downcast if I told you that collar bones are very trendy right now? None of it strange, but thank you for making me think about it. Now I wish I could see what you are drawing! Hmm eyes...
Also, re: second comment, I lol.

Edge - Inverse! Yes, I see what you mean. They did seem to want to go next to each other. Look forward to the poem.

A little downcast, yes... but I am comforted by the thought that I have always loved collar bones.
I have lost the chord that connects my camera to my computer, but one day I will send you pictures of what I'm drawing.

went to the cherry blossom festival at DC myself, took a trip to an unusually torrid Cleveland, and studied for my own finals.

every time it rains- I love collar bones, too. Although I think I like shoulder blades slightly more ever since I've read Skellig by David Almond. (and it's so funny to hear a part of your body referred to as trendy. I mean, I know what you mean, but still.)
